Stephen Brawn
Stephen has spent over 22 years in banking and finance and is Principal of Locus Capital Consulting.

He left investment banking in 2002 as Executive Director of Sanwa International, where he was responsible for volatility trading, running the proprietary trading activities plus the hedging strategies for the structured product group. Between 1987 and 1994 he worked for the derivative divisions of the Bank of Nova Scotia and Midland Montagu.

His core activity since leaving investment banking has been consulting in asset and wealth management, building investment portfolios, as well as expanding the offering to clients of Locus Capital Consulting.

Stephen graduated with a Masters degree (MSc) in Management Science from Cranfield in 1987 and with an honours degree in Physics (BSc) from London University in 1985.

Dr Yuli Gu
Yuli specialises in quantitative analytics in particular applied to the commodity and energy derivative sectors, including the creation of investable fund indices.

Yuli has had a long career working for the derivative divisions of various investment banks including HSBC, Sanwa International, and JP Morgan.

She is a former lecturer of Hong Kong University having gained her Doctorate (PhD) reading Probability and Statistics at the University of California, Berkeley in 1992.
